Common events dedicated to the elderly, organized in Gradinari Commune, on June 14 and June 15, 2022.

On June 14 and June 15, 2022, the two joint events dedicated to the elderly from the two communities took place in Gradinari Commune.
The organization of the two events involved, according to the agendas agreed by the partners, both discussion sessions that took place at the headquarters of the Gradinari Commune, as well as visits to places of worship and other reference points in the locality.
The discussions held were mainly focused on the presentation of the common strategy regarding the improvement of the quality of social services provided to the elderly in Byala-Grădinari as well as the Center from Tântava. Free discussions were also held regarding the ways in which the guidelines from the common strategy developed within this project will be implemented in the future.
The visits organized to the Church of the Holy Trinity in Gradinari Commune, Tântava village, as well as to the economic agents in the locality were a good socializing opportunity for the elderly from the two communities. For the operationalization of the GraDAL System, on June 15, 2022, the 30 elderly who belong to the target group constituted at the level of the Gradinari Commune were distributed mobile phones, medical kits, backpacks and brochures with useful information to help them in their daily activities per day and to facilitate the assistance provided by the two social workers employed by this project.
